Looking for answers

    I am moving to a area that does not have availablity to gluten free flours. What are some suggestions for getting ahold of Tapioca starch and of any other flours. Has anyone every ground these different flours on your own? What did you use?
    Like rich, sorghum, any of the flours besides wheat.

    these are a few to start you off...

    I haven't ground my own flours yet but I am researching flour mills right now... you need to find a grain mill that will grind the rice flours extremely fine or you will end up with gritty tasting baked products...
