anchovy paste

anchovy paste

  I have never tried anchoves, just thinking about eating the little whole fishes has always been too much, BUT, I hear they are good, and salty. Which I would love. I have seen anchovy paste used on Food Network. Have any of you tried that? And how would you use it? I saw it used in a vinagrette salad dressing the other day. Thanks!
