Chicken Salad Stufed Tomato for Lunch. Yours?

Decided to use some leftover chicken to make some chicken salad. Think I'll add some celery, onions, walnuts, mayo, yogurt, dill and maybe a bit of cardamom and serve it in a tomato. What did you have for lunch?

Update; I posted this a couple of hours ago, but have since had lunch and had to take a picture.

Hi you lunch sounds yummy. Did French toast with fried eggs for DH and I for lunch. Did enough so that DH#2 can have some breakfast for his early shifts @ work next week. LOL he is the only one who eats shortly after he gets up in the morning.

Ok, I think I'm not reading your post right or you lead a very interesting life! DH #'s 1 and 2? Is that darling husband 1 and 2? I know I am being blonde somehow but I still had to ask. Sorry if I am prying or just really having one of those computer illiterate moments.
