  In Romania people know that Bulgarians are the best gardeners in the world. I am not kidding - the best vegetable meals I had were cooked by my Bulgarian friends. We have ajvar, too in Romania (we call it zacusca - which is another name borrowed from Bulgarian - means meal), however, I want the recipe again, as I have misplaced it - it is the one with eggplant, not only with red peppers... Can anybody help?
