I'm sure if you have camped, you have made a pizza in your pie cooker.

Butter two slices of bread, put the butter side out
    add pizza sauce
    add favorite pizza toppings
put mozerella cheese on toppings ( we use cheese slices, isn't as hard to add)
close the pie cooker and put on fire embers, cook about 3 minutes on each side
check every few minutes, it is done when bread is a golden brown

Oh how I wish I was camping right now!

This was one that I really liked.

Thin sliced roast beef, like deli meat and Mozerella cheese...I have always loved that combo.

For wihr, here's a good breakfast idea. My sister-in-law did this for us.
Take an egg or two and beat, mix with omelet ingredients (we used sausage, spam, green peppers, onions, cheese (of course), some used chopped jalepenos, zucchini)
Do the normal 2 pieces of buttered bread in the pie maker with about 1/4cup of the mixture. Cook until the read is golden.
These were very delicious and yes we ended our breakfast with desert pies!
