    Chocolate Pie
I love to make this camping, it's easy and you don't have to cook. Looks like you spent all day slaving over the stove.

    Ingredients
2 small packages of instant chocolate pudding
milk - amount you need is on back of pudding box
    1 chocolate ready-made pie crust
    1 tub Cool Whip

    Directions
Place pudding mix and milk in large leak proof bowl and shake well for 45 seconds, until it looks mixed well
Place pudding in refrigerator for 5 minutes
Pour pudding into pie crust and decorate with Cool Whip

    Ingredients
    Oranges
Chocolate Cake Mix or any flavor you prefer

    Instructions
Slice the top off an orange about 1/4 of the way down and take out the orange.

Prepare the cake mix according to the package and spoon into orange shell about 2/3 full.

Put top of the orange back on the shell.

Wrap in foil and place in the coals of a fire for about 15 minutes.

I haven't made this, but boy does it look like it would be fun for the kids!

    1/2 cup milk

    1 Tablespoon sugar

    1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Add all ingredients to a pint-size Ziplock freezer bag and close

Place that bag in a larger (quart-size or bigger) Ziplock bag. Add ice to fill the bag halfway, plus 6 tablespoons of salt (rock or regular). Close bag.

Shake and toss the bag for about 5 or 10 minutes.

I found this one on netwoods, it sounds good, I have not tried it yet.

    Fruit Grill
    (suggested fruit)
    cherries
    pineapple chunks
    bananas
    plums
    strawberries
    melon
    marshmallows
Line a shallow baking pan with foil, leaving enough to fold across the top of the pan. Fill pan with suggested fruits. Allow one cup of fruit per person.

Arrange marshmallows on top of the fruit, (about four large marshmallows per cup of fruit). Fold foil over top of pan and heat on hot coals until the marshmallows begin to melt (about 15 minutes). Serve plain or over ice cream.
