what are the daily staples in your meal plan

I'm curious what your go-to dishes are in your meal plans? I'm new and need meal ideas. I'm getting so tired of the same things over and over lol.
I mostly eat vegetarian (+ some chicken & fish)

one of mine is stir-fry using coconut oil as my fat (it adds such great flavor), gralic and onions for flavor, and Braggs amino acids as my soy-sauce (I cannot eat gluten); and whatever veggies are seasonal. I saute it up and then usually throw FRESH/raw purple cabbage over it and toss it through.

one of my go-to dinners is my version of fajitas.
Chucks of red peppers, yellow peppers, green peppers, onion, zucchini/summer squash. let them soak/marinate in Claude's fajita marinade (just enough to have some on each piece...The bottle can do about 3 meals for the two of us) them for about 15-30 min. Then I saute them in a dutch oven on top of the stove.. If you are past the first 30 days, you can add your 1/2 cup of brown rice when you serve it.

Another one is very similar, but it Italian in nature.
I found Hunt's spaghetti sauce (lg can) the roasted garlic/onion variety to have no sugar. I cut up the same veggies in chunks, saute in lg dutch oven on the stove (you can saute using water...works very well!) and then when serving (after 30 days) I use my 1/2 cup of Ezekiel's penne pasta and the 1/2 c of spaghetti sauce.

Both are easy for me, cuz my hubby can cut the veggies while i'm finishing up at work or at a meeting and then I can come home and cook it up.

I forgot to say anything about protein. I use boneless, skinnless chicken breasts in both of these. I haven't tried tofu yet........

Thanks! I was off the wagon for a while and now I'm back, recommitted to CEA-HOW with a sponsor and everything again. I'm going to read your ideas now, I really appreciated it. Make any discoveries in the last 5 months? ;)

I tried Spagetti Squash for the first time and it is everything I ever heard about it! I have seen pictures and do not believe my eyes. I am in out patient treatment for my Compulsive Eating and someone brought it for lunch. It smelled so good I decided to give it a try. It is the easiest thing in the world to cook. I cooked ground turkey and added a ready made pasta sause and a can of roasted tomatoes to it and it was fabulous with the spagetti squash.

P.S. I am going to look for the Claude Fahita Marinade.
