German bakery cheesecake

    Looking to find out how to make a cheesecake that my father used to buy in a German bakery. It had a pastry crust, usually baked in a rectangle shape, cheese cake was smooth but NOT moist and creamy, not real sweet, and was sprinkled with cinnamon. An upgrade was with pineapple topping. If anyone has a recipe for this would greatly appreciate it. I have searched repeatedly on the web to no avail. Merci!
