Looking for the Flavor of Chinese

  My husband loves to stir fry but we haven't been able to re-create the sauce or flavor of the savory Chinese chicken dish. We don't want sweet because my brother is diabetice but would love some hints on how to get that authentic Chinese flavor in our chicken stiry fry!
