Chocolate Caramel Walnut Fudge

    3 cups(18oz)semisweet chocolate pieces
    1 (14oz)can Eagel Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk(NOT evaporated milk)
    Dash Salt
    1 Cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    1.In a saucepan,over low heat,melted chocolate pieces with sweetened condensed milk and salt.Remove from heat;stir in walnuts,caramel topping and vanilla.
    2.Spread evenly into foil-lined 8or9inch pan.Chill 2 hours or until firm.
    3.Turn fudge onto cutting board;peel off foil and cut into squares. Makes 2 pounds.
    Tip:To cut fudge,use a damp knife with a firm blade.
