  We like to bike -long distant, usually trail riding. The best trip we ever took on bikes was on the C&O Canal following the Potomac River from Washinton, DC to Cumberland, MD. It goes through very historic towns, including Harper's Ferry.
  
  For now, we're headed to the Youghiogheny to camp and take in some whitewater rafting!
