Are u a sneaky cook with your kids?

Do you hide veggies in the good stuff? Like prunes in the brownies, or carrot puree in the spaghetti sauce? Or are you getting the kids to eat the veggies straight forward? I'm trying not to bury everything under cheese or sauce. Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.

I don't so much hide the veggies, but when I cook sometimes I do have to hide the spices. My son will not eat any sauces with anything green in them, so when I make pasta sauce or cream sauces I put use green onions, green peppers, and herbs in whole and then strain them out before I serve it. That way it still tastes really good, but he doesn't see any green stuff. I also use whole wheat whenever I can sub it, like for corn dogs or pasta. P.S-- I love the prunes in the brownie idea, I will have to try that one.
