If you are just starting out, stick to simple recipes with the minimum amount of ingredients. Helps you get used to the PPP of cooking from a wheelchair. But don’t sell yourself short choose those recipes that look good and so makes you look good, and tastes great. Here is the third major advantage because you are in a chair the little mistakes will be over looked, however the down side is the better you get at this cooking thing the less affective this one becomes. Don’t milk this one either as you will eventually be caught out, your guests and friends come to expect greatness. Start out cooking for one or two, four at the most, practice on your wife or husband, they are usually very forgiving.
