Here's what I was thinking... intermediate cooks who enjoy cooking and who love to get out of their comfort zone in difficulty rather than taste alone. If you see a recipe that makes you think, "Oh, I could never do that." ADD IT TO THE GROUP! Encourage eachother, challenge eachother. Because really, what's the worst that's going to happen? You'll have to call for pizza again?
