Anyone know where to get bulk spices in Southern CA

  I'm looking for to make a Poppy Seed Cake but it takes 1/2 cup of poppy seeds. I remember I used to go to several Lebanese shops that were in the Anaheim, CA to get cinnamon in bulk and other goodies.
  Does anyone else know of a good place to get spices in bulk other than Cosco or Sam's Club.
  I've had good luck with Sam's Club but some of the spices have been really old or full of bugs at Costco.
