    Hello fellow foodies!
    I happen to see this group, and thought PERFECT!!! I am diabetic, but love to cook and eat--but alas as we all do, I have to kinda watch it ya' know. I am Blessed that I have gone on as long as I have, being diabetic for thirty years, I need a change. So, I'm glad that I came upon this group, because I can get and contribute some good ideas and tips! Thanks snowcat17 Ciao:)
