Ham!

    I just buy a whole ham, make cut into the meat by making criss-cross marks across the skin. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for about 20 minutes 325 degrees. Then I add some soda like a coke or pepsi over the top of the ham which helps melt down the sugar. I cook it for about another hour, basting often with the soda and sugar. It actually comes out great like this. Annie and I were talking about this the other day, DuBarry. Have a nice night! Oh and keep cooking the ham longer until its nice and brown and don't forget to baste too!
