Favourite additions to egg salad?

  What are your favourite add ins in your egg salad sandwiches? Olives, pickles, celery, capers...? Post all your faves here!

  Addition to celery I add some of the following depending on what I have on hand or what I am in the mood for:
  capers
  pimento peppers
  hot cherry peppers
  smoked salmon
  green onions
  chives
  parsley
  fennel

  bread and butter pickles
  green relish
  lettuce
  tomato
