Sourdough no-knead bread?

    Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to adapt the no-knead bread recipe made famous by Mark Bittman of the NY Times to sourdough? This recipe makes a great crusty bread, using very little yeast (the secret is the long initial rise (12-18 hours if I remember right). It seems like sourdough would work pretty well under these conditions.
