Losing weight

    The diabetic diet and weight watchers are very similar. I hope to turn over a new leaf after New Years day. I am going to start by writing down every thing I put in my mouth. I know this works for me. I am also going to write down how many miles I walked or if I went to the pool that day. Does anybody have ideas that works for them?-Lori

    Writing everything down definately helps. I also try to drink as much water as possible. I find the more water I drink the more weight I lose. Crystal Light also is great.
