  I love Lemon Balm. I use it in my tea. Brew your tea, pour and add a leaf right to your cup. Yum. I also use it when I do fish on the Barbie. Do your fish if its whole and your coating lay on some lemon Balm wrap it in foil and let it go, I put it on the top rack. I also use it on my chicken.Or add some when making a stirfry. Chop it up add some to your salads.I used a bit for flavor in stuffings.
