Welcome to my group, it is so frustrating trying to find safe recipes for those requiring a Fructose Friendly diet so I thought I would post some on this website and start a group. Please feel free to post any tips, I have the latest lists of safe and unsafe foods from Shepher works which I will post here as soon as I get the chance.

    It should say Shepherd Works.
Also I am basing my recipes on the info out of Melbourne, so if you have others issues with the items they say is safe then please feel free to adjust, this is intended as a starting point for recipes as they are so hard to find. I know many have a problem with Corn for example which Sue Shepherd says is safe.
The thing they did make clear is that the safe foods are safe it is all down to load. You can not think of a piece of fruit as a serve when you have this as serve is what you can fit in your hand, which is very small amount for a 3yr old. And it is still 2 serves of fruit and 5 of veg so very easy to overload.
My food lists have gone missing during the Christmas preparation luckily I left copies with his day care so I will get a copy off them when he next goes and then put them on here and the Australian Fructose Malabsorption yahoo support group.
