  What is the best method to roasting your own garlic?

  This is the way I do it......Cut garlic head in half crosswise about 1/4 way down to expose all the cloves.....Drizzle with olive oil....Wrap in foil and bake 350-375 for about 45 minutes.....Roasted garlic...Hope this helps....:)
