Aussie meat pies!

  After traveling through the USA earlier this year, I went through severe meat pie withdrawals.
  
  My grandmother used to make great English style meat pies, but unfortunately I never got the recipe.
  
  Does anybody have a good recipe for Aussie meat pies, the sort that great bakeries make?
  
  Would be great if they could be made with low fat mince....

  Look through the group and I am sure you can find one otherwise, there is so many pie groups on this site also and you can easily substitute normal mince with low fat mince instead also.
