  One of my favorite take-alongs for lunch is anything wrapped in a tortilla. I buy the whole grain variety, usually spread with a wedge of Laughing Cow lite cheese (or lay on a couple of slices of cheese), then add meat, veggies, whatever sounds good. I usually then pile on a good handful of mixed baby greens, then roll the whole thing up burrito style. I wrap that in foil and by lunch time it holds together nicely to eat without falling apart.
