Hi I'm Kat and I am a southern cook from N. C.
I love fried foods a little too much. My favorites are chicken and okra. I also love to bake especially breads. But not in a machine I love to knead the dough by hand. Will post some of my favorite recipes later.

Since the kids are grown I can experiment a lot more. We love to eat something new every few days.

I wish some day to travel and visit some of the fine restaurants the world has to offer.
