iiya everybody i just joined the site a week ago to look for some traditional Scottish food to serve up to my grreek partner
for the past year i have cooked everything i can think of and needed some ideas ....
i have really come to grips now with the greek cuisine and must admit i am proud of the dishes i have mastered ...as long as you have plenty olive oil onions and tomatoes you are half way there
i love greek food and find it hard to look at uk food now after a year of cooking greek style ....but my partner loves things like beef stews , roast beef and steak pie so i needed to find some new things ....what a great site this is i cant live without it ....thanks to everyone who submits their great recipes for us all to try
i will put up some easy Greek recipes that to me are cheap and simple to make ...nothing is measured out here you just go by eye and tasting as you go along ....so follow me and cook greek ...if i can anyone can !!!!and enjoy some new flavours .....

Greek is one of my fave cuisines, but then again, I've never met a food I didn't want to devour.
If you have a good taramasolata recipe, please share it. It's one of the few things I haven't dared to try yet. I also adore eggplant salad - Greek style. Can't wait to see what else you'll share.
    Happy holidays!
