  Thank you for visiting this group! Greek food has a wide variety of flavors and ingredients, but it is rarely appreciated here in the US. One reason is that traditional Greek cooking can be labor intensive and generally does not lend itself to restaurant style production.
  
  I am extremely glad to see the amazing quantity (and quality) or Greek recipies on this site. This group is my way to organize all the wonderful food I've found here.

So I'm thrilled to find authentic Greek recipes here "written down"! I've added her Baklava recipe to the list. And you aren't kidding when you say Greek food is labor intensive. I can't wait to see more!
