    ....has anyone ever took egg whites and made an omelet or scrambled them? TRY IT. there's no cholesterol, fat or calories in egg whites and they have a very high protein content (17. PLUS, they don't taste any different then what they would if you added the yolks which is a bonus. You can make your egg whites taste like anything you want. For all you work-out buffs and dieters out there this is something you should definitely look into.

    I actually prefer the taste and texture of my eggs if I have at least one yolk mixed in, so when I make an omelet or scrambled eggs, I usually use one whole egg and one or two whites, a few T of milk, salt pepper, chives. An ounce of cheese shredded on top. Yum!
