about the group

    this group is for people who like to be healthy but dont feel guilty about eating a piece of chocolate now and then. most of the recipes i'm gonna put up here will be low carb but definitely fat free!

    i lost 5 kgs, half a stone, 2,5 pounds in just 2 weeks - and it's not unhealthy at all, all you loose is the starch that has turned to fat in your body (and maybe your pant coz they're gotten too big now :-P)

    anyway, enjoy the recipes, i promise they're not dangerous :-)

    They are probably THE best food to eat if your eating healthy so high in protein, no cals, cholesterol or fat!

    We all could lighten up our recipes without sacrificing a whole lot of flavor. I do not believe in low fat Commercial products that taste lousy. I prefer to use real cheese, real spice, no imitation maple syrup for me. I would rather have a smaller tasty meal than a humungus, meal with little flair or flavor.
    I try to eat mindfully and enjoy every bite.
