Healthy Without Obsessing

this group is for everyone who like to be healthy without obsessing :-) people who like to be healthy but dont feel guilty about eating a piece of chocolate now and then. ...More most of the recipes i'm gonna put up here will be low carb but definitely not fat free! i lost 5 kgs, half a stone, 2,5 pounds in just 2 weeks - and i pretty much didnt lift a finger! it's not unhealthy at all, all you loose is the starch that has turned to fat in your body (and maybe your pants coz they've gotten too big now :-P) anyway, enjoy the recipes, i promise they're not dangerous :-)
