  I keep getting a box pop up on my screen with this message in it: " We will NOT respond to member emails. Use the Help Group for that." What kind of customer/user service is that?? Can you imagine calling a big name company for service of their product and getting an automated message saying they will NOT accept customer calls! It boggles the mind. I often frequent another site that *encourages* members to send emails or call their 800 number if they have questions, IT problems, product problems, etc.
