  I'm new with electric roasters. Just got mine at Thanksgiving. I want to make beef roast and veggies. Mine only come with wire rack. Can I just put meat,veggies and beef stock in bottom of roasting oven or does it have to be in some kind of baking dish?? Like soups,chilies etc. Can they go just right in roaster?
