What is the best Chimichurri recipe you have tried?

    I love Chimichurri. But it changes a lot: too much oilve oil, too much modena vinegar, too much Garic.

    The best that I have tried was light in oil and garlic and based on vinegar, so the parsley taste came through very nicely.
    Any recipes?
