Roasted Veg Soup

  I am roasting the vegs tonight for supper. Probably won't make it into soup. I'm going to do something with ground pork, because "somebody" used up the ground chicken and never put it on the shopping list.
  
  When I decide what I'm doing with the ground pork, I'll post that recipe.

  Also, just sliced fresh bread so that'll be part of dinner, too.
