Duck Breast

Haven't had duck since I was a kid and didn't like it. Does anyone have a good recipe for duck breast. Thought that would be a good way to check it out again!

Might as well cook the whole thing, they're not very big.

    I'll look, I may have a recipe.

remember to slice the skin several times, duck breasts tend to shrink - also try and bring a little hoisin sauce if you like that sauce..... I have simply done it in a pan, searing skin first in pan, then threw it into oven to finish......duck breasts at restaurants tend to be served on the medium rare side.... and sliced super thin with either a demi-glaze sauce - or a reduction red wine sauce.

let me know what you ended up doing - would love to hear about it!
