  Just to say that this is a new group, for yogurt lovers... have you yogurt recipes, or good info about yogurt?

  Sure.... my wife and I eat several gallons of yogurt every week so we go through a LOT of yogurt. We use a Waring Pro which we have adapted to make a gallon or more at a time by merely putting the milk to be made into yogurt into quart wide mouth jars and throwing a towel over the top of the unit to cover the gap left by the oversize containers.

  Making yogurt ourselves saves us at least $20 a week and probably more like $30. That's over a thousand dollars in savings each year for the best yogurt you can't buy.
