1-2-3 Complete Breakfast Smoothie

    I made this before and thought it was worth another mention.
    My review from last time:
    I made this smoothie using lactose free vanilla yogurt and gluten free oats.
    I had blueberries, strawberries and blackberries all frozen. I use liquid honey and the protein powder was plain, lactose and gluten free.
    A delicious way to start the day, loved it.
    This smoothie is a wonderful way to keep cool when it’s so darn hot out.
    I doubled it and keep a glass in the fridge for during the day.
    Made for the July 2020 Cold dish challenge .
