Made these today, used AP flour and bran buds, that is what I had.I used lactose free milk and added one tablespoon lemon to sour it.They are a dense muffin but very tasty, two thumbs up from my SIL. I got 18 muffins form this recipe.Thank you Magali777 for the recipe.

I find the lactose free works just as well as almond, and i always have that in the fridge.
