Alleys Favorite Cabbage Soup

*Made for the November Soups and Stews Recipe Challenge*

This made a fantastic lunch! I cut down the recipe, but not sure by how much because I didn't measure anything lol. The only ingredient changes I made was to use red bell pepper instead of green and only used the can of diced tomatoes and left out the stewed because I'm not a fan of them on soups. I went light on the potatoes :) I have quite a bit leftover so my lunches are all planned for the week, yay!

I saved the recipe. I made a cabbage soup, of my own, and this one sounds great. I don't think I'll add potatoes though. The photo looks great.
