How to make it

  • Spray a stock pot with Pam for easier cleaning. Add the vegetable oil and heat over medium flame.
  • Saute the garlic and onions until the onions are yellow, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the water, bouillon, salt and pepper.
  • When this comes to a boil, add the carrots and potatoes. Boil for about 20 minutes.
  • When the potatoes are soft and the carrots are tender, add the cabbage and green peppers. Boil this for about 10 minutes, until the cabbage softens.
  • Add the tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Boil for about 10 minutes.
