  *Made for the 2018 September Apple Recipe Challenge*
  
  YUM!!! I was really looking forward to this salad, I love blue cheese and haven't had it in a while. Everything in this salad worked together, the rich blue cheese, with the sweet apple and sharp red onion. Enjoyed every bite! I used a Honey Crisp apple, they are my favorite :) Have a little dressing left over, so I will be making this salad for lunch again today!
