    Apricot Dijon Glazed Chicken/saved
    Wow was this good. We both loved it. Only thing I did differently was to scale back to half recipe for my two thighs. Seemed to be just the right amount of glaze to me. I did cook a bit longer as I don't like any surprises when I cut into my chicken. Definitely recommend.
