  Wow, I made these 7 years ago!! I have a review on the recipe linked to the original I Made It Group :) This was just as delicious as the first time I had it, creamy, salty from the bacon and healthy!! I added a sprinkle of green onions on top, mainly just for the picture, but I really enjoyed them in this, so I think it was a great addition. Was perfect as a lunch but would be a nice side dish to a steak or grilled chicken as well :)
