  This is one of the best banana bread recipes that I've ever made and the ingredient list is so simple. I wondered why there wasn't any vanilla in the recipe and was tempted to add some but I stuck with the recipe and I'm glad that I did. My daughter had a large slice and asked for the recipe....yup...it's that good. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
