*Made for the April 2020 "Pantry Staples" Recipe Challenge*

Another beef stew recipe to add the the IMI II Group! This one is a keeper too :) I lobe peas in my beef stew, so I added them and also added some fresh thyme just cause I had it. I did coat the beef in the flour before searing as stated, but did not add the slurry at the end. I think that 3 small onions may be lot, but I usually just add as much as I want to anyway, which is less, so that my kids won't complain lol. Delicious and flavorful stew!
