  This is a fun summer time drink for sitting on the deck or hanging out pool side. I first became acquainted with this recipe on another site. It's a perfectly blended pineapple and coconut drink without a strong alcohol taste. It is so pretty with the white frothy top. I normally do a better job getting the grenadine to stay on top, but it does eventually sink to the bottom.
