Butternut Squash Soup.

    Made this for lunch and it was very good.
    I used lactose free butter and home made vegetable stock.
    It took 30 min. then I used my immersion blender to make it smooth.
    I did not salt as the butter I used had salt in it.
    I added some green onion on top for a bit of color.

    Made for the Pantry Staples challenge April 16/2020.

    Great picture Manella! The recipe looks good. Straight forward and simple. I bet roasting the squash, onions, and leeks would be wonderful too.
