I made these last year, but I did not add a photo.
I thought they were worth a repeat and this time with a photo.

My review is in IM11.

I think they did something different with Robin Hood Gluten free flour.
Whatever it is, i'm happy because it works like regular AP flour. I should have mentioned that when i first made them.

Awesome to know the Robin Hood GF flour is better than before! I used it a few years ago and remember the cookies I made were a little grainy/gritty, so I'll have to try it again!

Those look AH-mazing! I have never made Butter Tarts, but indeed they are a traditional Canadian treat and the fact that it`s actually an improvisation of Shona`s Grandmother`s recipe....well....how awesome is that? I`d love to make these one day.
