    **December Holiday Beverage Challenge**

    This is one really strong drink! Even the peppermint taste is strong and will overwhelm you. I mixed it with half-n-half and added a bunch of ice just to tone it down a notch. Asked hubby what he thought and his response was, “meh.” Then a little while later I heard him say, “Oh, Bartender!” Guess it wasn’t that bad since he had two.

    Thank you, Chuckieb! I love making fun designer drinks, but would never make it as a bartender. Takes me forever to make one drink. lol!

    It kind of reminds me of a grasshopper cocktail, but this is much prettier! I bet that combo would taste really good mixed with some hot chocolate! :)
